The key point
Defeat Hua in the flower field below Sha-Chi Tower to obtain this two-handed weapon with explosive lilies.
Route to the weapon
In Weeping Creek Valley, reach Sha-Chi Tower. From the Valley Sha-Chi Tower 1st Floor bell, circle behind the tower, slide down through the opening and take the left path to Hua's flower field. PC Gamer reports that defeating her awards Scarlet Wraithblade.
The encounter is also on Yu'er's Flesh Lily route, but the quest item is a separate pickup in the arena.
