The key point

Jing Ye fights mounted and then on foot behind a shield: sidestep charges, avoid wasting fast combos on the shield, and attack when it breaks.

Rest at Outlaw Trap and follow the eastern route to the upper stream arena.
During the mounted fight, dodge sideways out of direct charges and wait until attack strings finish before healing or countering.
On foot, watch the raised shield. A report says fast combos can inflict spike damage on the player; use shield-breaking attacks instead.
After the shield falls, punish openings after his swings and watch for grabs. Defeat him for the Outlaw Warblade.
