The key point

Reach the field below Sha-Chi Tower, watch the explosive and tracking lilies, and defeat Hua for Scarlet Wraithblade.

Where to find her and prepare

Hua is optional in Weeping Creek Valley, but defeating her is required for Yu'er's Flesh Lily stage. From the Valley Sha-Chi Tower 1st Floor bell, circle the tower on the right, drop through the opening and slide down the wooden ramp; take the left path into the flower field.

PC Gamer recommends upgrading a comfortable weapon to level 5. Dread Axe can extend a stagger opening. Its writer reports that Jagged Steel's bleed does not work on Hua, so do not rely on that status.

Flowers and dangerous attacks

The report describes blooming explosive lilies, roaming lilies that detonate when they converge, and tracking white lilies that can stun before a grab. Keep room to move and deal with the projectiles before committing to attacks.

Her red-flash grab is especially dangerous. PC Gamer recommends a perfect dodge against red attacks and a perfect parry against blue ones. A smoky black downward attack drains Sha-Chi, so dodge and watch for the flowers that follow. Check the game's own controls for your setup.

Opening and reward

Prioritize the flowers and attack cues; use a stagger to deal damage. The report suggests a charged Dread Axe near the end of the opening to knock her down longer, rather than a guaranteed fixed combo.

Winning awards Scarlet Wraithblade. The Flesh Lily is a separate pickup on a body in the arena. This site has not tested exact timings, version differences or the complete phase count.
